Kevin Russell is a Senior Security Architect and Consultant for Sirius. He is responsible for working with clients to optimize their security posture to match their business direction. Kevin leads customers to design, build, and deploy security infrastructures, meet government standards and frameworks, and deploy industry specific compliant environments.  During his career Kevin has been a security consultant, IT and security architect, security and DR administrator, mainframe systems programmer (security and networking), and Senior Vice President and Information Security Officer for a $1Billion company. Kevin has more than 30 years of service in the computing industry and has achieved a master’s degree in cyber security and obtained certifications including CISSP, CRISC, and most recently a GSLC. Kevin also has a variety of additional industry certifications including NSA IEM and IAM, IBM Security Top Gun, and ITIL Foundation. Outside of Sirius Kevin is an adjunct professor for Cybersecurity with Bellevue University and a mentor for SANS.
